Chalice Meikle

Chalice Meikle received a BFA in Painting (Winter 2015) from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. Ms. Meikle has exhibited her works in multiple juried exhibitions including Small Works, Gutstein Gallery in Savannah, Georgia, the Sensory Showcase at LMNT Gallery in Miami, Florida, and the Figure Show at Gallery Twenty Two here in Charlotte.

Her art work has been influenced and shifted while in residence with Dacia Gallery, in New York, New York, the School of the Arts Institute of Chicago during a Low-Residence master's program, as well as the Braitman Studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Meikle facilitated PopUp exhibitions and figure drawing sessions with Nine Eighteen Nine Studio Gallery.

She also works part-time with The Arts and Empowerment Project as an art teacher. She is currently applying for her Master's in counseling to become an art therapist. She currently resides and works in Charlotte.
