Join Us for Bridge Fest
Join us Saturday, Oct. 12 from 1 - 4 p.m. for Bridge Fest. Explore music and art at a free family festival celebrating community and collaboration at the opening of the new Arts+ location, The Bridge!
Bridge Fest will feature music and art activities, where you can discover new instruments, get messy with childhood style mud pies, create and share artist trading cards, groove in our interactive drum circle, and enjoy performances throughout the afternoon by Arts+ faculty and students. Local artist Julio Gonzalez will be working with the community to create paper flowers and offerings for his annual project, Dia de Los Casi Muertos. Also, don’t miss a sneak peek of our new space, The Bridge, where you can learn about the new and upcoming programs taking place there.
The Bridge is the new pilot creative arts lab by Arts+, located near the NoDa neighborhood at 4100 Raleigh Street. It is located at the Sugar Creek LYNX stop but is also accessible by car, with free parking available. Note that some GPS directions are incorrect, so please pay careful attention to the instructions here.
