Help Arts+ Student Collect Music Books

Junior piano student Lauren Eckmair is partnering with Arts+ on her Girl Scout Gold Award project, LessonShare. She’s taken lessons since pre-school and has accumulated many lesson books throughout the years, all of which go to the back corner of her closet after she is finished. Through her Gold Award project, Lauren was inspired to find a better use for the many books and is now collecting them for other students in Charlotte who can’t afford to purchase new lesson materials. There are LessonShare donation boxes at a number of locations across Charlotte.

Music books can be donated at the following locations:

Arts+ Studios at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1900 The Plaza (Door code needed to enter. Please email info@artplus.org to get the code.)

Christ Church, 1412 Providence Road

Providence United Methodist Church, 2810 Providence Road

Matthews Community Center, 100 E McDowell Street

Arts+’s location at The Bridge, 4100 Raleigh Street (Access only available when programs are taking place.)
