Welcome New Board Members
Join us in welcoming our incoming board members! These six accomplished individuals are the newest additions to the Arts+ board, whose term began July 1.
Edison Cassels continues his family tradition as head of the construction company Edison Foard, which was founded by his grandfather. With a legal education and background in construction, he has led his team through setting strategic goals, overseeing managers, and maintaining client relationships for over 28 years. Edison will also bring community leadership experience to the table from other involvements, including the Charlotte INClusion Advisory Committee.
Megan Dunham attended UNC Chapel Hill (BA), University of South Carolina (JD), and New York University (LLM) and currently works as an attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein. Her area of expertise lies in finding creative and adaptable solutions to estate, trust, and tax issues to support her clients' personal and familial succession needs. Having worked with many nonprofits, she will bring knowledge in nonprofit governance, by-laws, and planned giving to the Arts+ board.
Allison Infinger
is a Charlotte native and graduate of USC (BA in biological sciences) and UNC Charlotte (MA in public health and a graduate certificate in public policy). She has worked as the Performance Improvement Manager at the Mecklenburg EMS Agency for over 10 years, where she oversees departments and budgeting, plans strategic initiatives, and supports patient outcomes. Inspired by childhood arts experiences, Allison will bring to Arts+ her leadership skills and prior involvement in CBI’s Leaders Under 40, ASC’s Cultural Leadership Program, American Ambulance Association, and the Actors Theatre of Charlotte.
Russ Little is a co-founder of Strata Project Management Group, which supports corporate, medical, and retail clients. His prior experience surrounds commercial real estate, design, and construction, including working as an Account Executive at JLL. Influenced by his passion for drawing and creative writing, Russ has been involved in various community organizations and nonprofits, many of which are faith-based and youth-focused. Russ grew up locally in Catawba County and now lives in the Mountain Island community with his wife, son, daughter, and dogs.
Lindsey Smith earned her BFA in fashion design from Savannah College of Art and Design and has since worked with multiple retail fashion brands, including Anthropologie, Dillard’s, and Belk. Originally from New Orleans, Lindsey has grown up with the arts, specifically dance, drama, art, and debate, and hopes to provide similar opportunities for her community. Driven by her background as a small business owner, she enjoys event planning and aims to help with fundraising at Arts+. Lindsey has also taught at Generation InFocus, an art- and science-based after-school program, and educated students on artistic careers.
Logan Wills graduated from East Carolina University and studied abroad at Philipps University of Marburg in Germany. He gained leadership experience as President of the Epsilon Mu chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and East Carolina’s German Club member. Currently, he works as the Commercial Associate Relationship Manager with PNC’s Commercial Banking Division and assists businesses in Western Carolina through cash flow solutions. A Charlotte native, Logan now lives with his wife and dog and enjoys playing electric guitar and rooting for the Panthers and FC Bayern.
