Charlotte Today: Arts+ Spring Festival

Caroline Tippette, Director of Visual Art Programs, was on Charlotte Today to share all about the Arts+ Spring Festival. Celebrating Arts+'s 50-year lease signing for the Plaza Presbyterian Church property, the festival invites the community to a day of musical performances and interactive activities including a collaborative mural painting, a sound installation, a drum circle, and stop motion animation.

Caroline Tippette and Mia Atkins showcased one of the activities, screen printing, by making a print of the iconic Charlotte crown.
