Daisha is a passionate advocate for the arts dedicated to fostering inclusivity and creativity.
Jason Michel is the owner/operator of Tip Top Market and executive director of the Plaza Midwood Merchants Association. A resident of Plaza Midwood since the 1990s, Jason worked several corporate and service jobs before becoming the entrepreneur and leader he is today. Jason is dedicated to ensuring that the same opportunities that allowed him to thrive continue to be accessible to all regardless of their socioeconomic background.
Deb Stewart leverages consumer insights to design and implement unique costumer experiences and marketing solutions for clients including PNC, Bank of America, Citibank, Royal Bank of Canada, and First Charter (Fifth Third). She has held board and advisory board positions for the Arts and Science Council, Komen Charlotte, Providence Day School, and Bucknell University. A resident of Charlotte for over 30 years, Deb and her family’s philanthropic focus is on the arts, education, and housing.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone on our Board and all of the work they do to help us achieve our mission of unleashing creativity, transforming lives, and building community through outstanding and accessible arts education.
