Comic, animation, manga, and illustration enthusiasts are welcomed to this camp exploring narrative storytelling through visual art! This one-week summer workshop explores the expansive and exciting world of comic stories, cartooning and drawing styles. Students will create original characters and story lines and will learn the techniques and materials used to create professional comic art.

All are welcome, and there's no experience necessary to join in on the fun! This camp experience will give students a space to work with others with the same interests and improve their comic drawing skills!

END OF CAMP ART SHOW

• The students will showcase what they have learned and created this week in a pop-up gallery show on the last day of camp.
• Time: 4:00 p.m.

• Limited financial aid is available to qualifying families, processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

• At all of our sites: Monday Drop-Off and Registration need to have a parent/guardian come inside to fully check campers in. Friday Pick-Up will be after the student showcase, inside.
• Ascend Nonprofit Solutions (601 E Fifth St, Suite 230): Other than Registration and Friday’s showcase, drop-off and pick-up does not require the parent to walk their student in.
