Our faculty have years of experience as active musicians around the Charlotte region and beyond. They can help you to achieve your goals and ignite your passion, whatever they might be. Through individualized lessons tailored to your interests and abilities, you will be able to unlock your playing potential. Our faculty are intent on helping you find success in whatever style you’re interested — whether that’s rock, jazz, classical, or indie.
Our students have the opportunity to perform in gigs throughout the year or at a recital each semester. Our gigs take place in professional venues with sound and lights provided. You’ll get the chance to learn what it means to be a performer through real world experience.

How young can a student be to start guitar or ukulele lessons?
Guitar and ukulele lessons are great for younger students due to a variety of sizes of instruments available. Students as young as five can find success on a ukulele, as there are only four strings and the strings themselves are made of nylon. Starting around Grades 1-2, students can begin learning the guitar on smaller sized guitars.
